It's funny you posted this. I had just sent a similar e-mail to a few friends earlier in the week entitled "Sit Tight, you just got Nuked"
Here's what I wrote my friends:
The good news is that Obama won’t let us update our arsenal so we rely on warheads that are decades old and allow to the Soviets to have hundreds of tactical nukes that don’t count against the nuke cap. The bad news is that when terrorists actually detonate a nuke in the U.S., you should not expect any federal government assistance for the first 3 days.

Todd, you can read the 97 page guide to responding to the nuke. Figured you’d like that given that you were a volunteer fire fighter and could be called back into duty by Obama.

What I find interesting is that Bush gets no credit for reducing our warheads from 6000 or so to 2200, yet the left makes a big deal about Obama reducing them from 2200 to 1550.
Bush -3800 warheads
Obama -650 warheads and three warheads worth of enriched uranium from the Ukraine.

Just incase anyone was wondering, those nations, at least as far as I know anyway, didnt sign anything. I borrowed that line from and old George Carlin album.

I'm glad none of you teach history. You all have terrible objectivity.

Objectivity assumes that an external constant or norm is referred to when measuring actions, words or ideas for value or harm. Without an agreed upon external constant, objectivity morphs into nothing more than a preference. Preference isn't the best standard by which to measure such important things as action, words and ideas.
