Tonight on the History channel a 10 part
series about 10 days that unexpectedly changed America starts.
Im not sure what all of them are about but Tonights(April 9th)
Covers the Bloodiest day in American History
The battle of Antietam/Sharpsburg September 17th 1862.
This battle is highlighted by the fact that Lees full troop
disposition fell into Union hands when a copy of Lees special order191
wrapped around (3?) cigars was found by members of the27 Indiana Infantry.
Looks to be worth watching...I know I will be tuned in.
