I have been watching TV for 50 years. I was an original Trekkie (but not so hooked that I ever attended any conventions) in the mid 1960s. But my favorite show of all time is Babylon 5.

Some may recall that about seven years ago Sierra was going to issue a PC game based on Babylon 5. However, it was canceled after being partially completed. The wait has been long, but we now have a free [as stated in the April 2006 edition of PC Gamer Magazine] "very involving, complex space flight sim" called Babylon 5: I've Found Her and Danger and Opportunity. PC Gamer further describes this release as "freeware at its finest." But the good news continues, as a third installment, Black Omega, is promised.

The newest of the two games, I've Found Her, is set five years before the TV show.Check it out here:http://ifh.firstones.com/

I am a huge fan of the series. Will check it out. Still saving my pennies for Season 5 on DVD.

Their domain name expired and someone was squatting on it. Here's some information about that little opportunistic grab:

But you can still get to the Underdog site by way of this link:

For a quick download of Independence War 2 and the installation of the Buda5 mod http://buda5.firstones.com/iwar/ you get a professionally developed game engine to go along with beautiful graphics and game play mod.

Download and install uTorrent (do a Google for the site), do a torrent search for Independence War 2 and you will be in business. The game is no longer commercially available esle I would encourage you to buy it instead. If you don't want to do that, PM me and I will let you know an alternate method.
