Is there a high degree of historical accuracy in the OOB's for PzC?
How are historical scenarios represented in human vs human games? Are elements of time, location, supply concerns, troop strengths, etc. factored in?

Not being an expert on this I would say yes...There is a guy at szo that complains heavily that the Normandy oob contains some kind of tank in numbers the exceeded the actual total production of that vehicle. I am not sure which one though. That said the designers do try to include fun rare units to give the game variety and due to the scale of the game if you had a unit with only 1 vehicle present it wouldn't be very effective, so this may well explain the descrepancy. Kursk for example has Goliaths in the OOB and they may outnumer their real life counter parts as well but they included a one time use demolition unit for first time with it. IMHO they are very well done.
Also the maps are VERY well done for the scale. While some games have flashier looking maps, few are as useful as PzC maps. I will expand on this later when I have more time and provide a few screen shots.
As for the specifics you mentioned yes most of those are present. You have to be aware of what reinforcements you might get, units may be fixed until a certain time allowing their release. Scenarios do have supply elements but this is a dynamic feature that will require more explanation. HQ's have command a command radius and units outside of that are more prone to lose supply etc.

Perhaps the best way to explain is to play while beiong explained to. Is there a way to set up a 3 player co-op email game?

Each player on one side takes his turn and saves but does not advance the turn. The last player for the side would advance the turn. Just like you have to do for combat mission. When playing by email multiplayer is a manual process.
