Late last summer it was announced that CMAK SE (Special Edition) would be released for North American retail sale through Battlefront's partner and oversees distributer CDV. The main difference between the CDV original overseas release of CMAK, which they call Combat Mission 3 Africka Korps, is that SE contains additional battles and operations that the original Battlefront release did not. While all or most of these additional scenarios had been available for free download, the loss of Scenario Depot I probably means that few of the bonus scenarios are currently available elsewhere. Also the CDV releases generally sanitize all references to the German SS, calling them Waffen Grenadiers.
Yesterday for the first time I saw a copy in an Austin retail outlet. Fry's had only two copies, one of which I grabbed to complete my CM series collection.
