You are a general manager and are putting together a team that will undoubtedly make it to the Super Bowl, anchored by the veteran quarterback of your choice. Who do you choose and why?

Brady ofcourse. He's on his way to passing by everyone else on your list. He's already neck and neck with most of them at 28 yrs old and did so with fewer "marquee" players.

Peyton, without a doubt in my mind. He's probably the most talented of all on the list, his only knock from people "He hasn't won the BIG one" I believe another QB with tons of talent was considered the same way ( He's on the list ) him being John Elway because UNTIL he won the Super Bowl he wasn't considered a winner.

The pieces of the puzzle are all in a row now for Manning to get the proverbial Gorilla off his back.

As far as Brady goes, he benefitted tremendously from having a GREAT defense..... Thats not a knock on him either, he's VERY talented but not as talented as Peyton.

Joe Montana -- the best quarterback to ever play the game, except for maybe someday Vince Young.

Elway, In his prime with a good supporting team around him.
Brady was tough to pass over though.....

You pups forgot Johnny Unitas and Roger Staubuck!

I love Bart Star, but my pick is Unitas.

Check him out:

I gotta go with my boy Terry Bradshaw. He wasn't the best at anything but he was a leader and could win. I love his attitude. All the other QBs listed have better skills, but 4 Super Bowl rings carries a lot of weight in my book.

Terry Bradshaw. A masterful leader and a jack of all trades master of none type of QB. Not many QB's now-a-days could take the pounding he did and survive long, the man was tough. 4 SB rings and should of had 1 more, 1977, and possibly another, not bad at all.

I would of put Phil Simms on the list as well. I agree with Bill that Staubuck and Unitas should be on there too.
