Are you an Elvis man, or a Beatles man? Why?

I gotta go with the Beatles. While im not a huge fan of either, i definately like more of the Beatles songs than i did of Elvis's.

I am also not a huge fan of either, but I have to go with Elvis.
He had a a beautiful voice that was nutured in the gospel church where he often sang.
Even after he became famous, his passion was gospel singing

The Beatles by a landslide!
The Beatles wrote their own music, which is the best of the best--period.
The Beatles played their own instruments and played them well--even Ringo.
The Beatles were the driving force in rock, moving it from three cord masterpieces to serious musical masterpieces that were still beautiful, moving and fun. Just listen to all their albums in cronological order
Fat Las Vegas Elvis--enough said.

Alan Parsons and John Lennon were the fist to mix recorded tracks, thus revolutionizing music. Probably because the first album I ever bought was Abby Road (followed shortly thereafter by Black Sabbath Paranoid), the Beatles occupy the #1 spot alltime as my favorite band.
